Frequently asked questions.

Transformative innovations in digital experience that set the stage for what’s next.

Who can apply?

Adobe’s global customers who are actively using Adobe Experience Cloud are encouraged to apply. Customers can submit applications directly or a partner can complete the application(s) on their behalf, but the customer must be aware of and approve submissions made by partners in advance. View a full list of eligibility and submission requirements here.

In the event an application is selected as a category finalist, at least one representative from the company will be required to attend the Adobe Experience Maker Awards gala event in person at Adobe Summit in Las Vegas on March 17, 2025. If a partner nominated a finalist company, one representative from the partner company will also be invited to join their client at the gala.

Why should I apply?

Adobe wants to recognize our customers creating transformative experiences with Adobe Experience Cloud technology. Each year, the Adobe Experience Maker Awards celebrate the most innovative and impactful customer experiences achieved across our categories.

Finalists and winners will have the opportunity to showcase their award-worthy achievements and build their company and personal brands through:

  • Amplification on Adobe’s Experience Cloud focused media properties, including social media channels, blogs, websites, and email newsletters.
  • Features in Adobe-sponsored content assets, such as video interviews, customer stories, and vision demos.
  • Speaking engagements at Adobe Summit and other high-profile webinars and events.
  • Networking and community building with other elite advocacy groups such as Adobe Champions, User Group leaders, and Community Advisors.

Why should partners apply on behalf of their clients?

Although partners are not directly eligible to win an Adobe Experience Makers Award, nominating a client highlights the value of Adobe’s partners and demonstrates a partner’s role in driving industry-leading digital transformations.

If a customer application submitted by a partner is selected as a finalist or winner, partners can amplify their brand reach and recognition through:

  • Social media visibility – the partner’s company name will be included on finalist and winner announcements across Adobe’s social media platforms.
  • Gala award ceremony recognition – one representative from the nominating partner will be invited to attend the global Adobe Experience Maker Awards gala, where the partner’s company name will be associated with their client’s achievement.

By showcasing award-winning clients, partners can attract new business and strengthen existing relationships, reinforcing their ability to deliver exceptional results and drive innovation.

How do I apply?

Adobe customers and partners must submit their success stories by creating an applicant profile and then following the prompts to complete the application for each category selected. Applicants can choose to submit in up to three Awards categories. Click here to preview the questions for each award category. You can also download the application preparation template to help draft your submissions prior to submitting them online.

Can I reuse information from a previous year to apply?

Customers should focus on new use cases, applications, or results that have not been previously submitted. If a customer or partner has applied for an Adobe Experience Makers Award in a previous year — regardless of whether they were selected as a finalist or winner — that content cannot be reused.

During the review process, if the content is deemed too similar to a previously submitted application, it will not be eligible for consideration in the current year.

What happens after I submit?

All applications completed and submitted by the deadline will be judged by a cross-functional panel from Adobe.

Applications will be evaluated based on the overall quality of responses, focus on great customer experiences, innovative digital transformations, and a strong emphasis on demonstrable and measurable impact.

Finalist decisions will be communicated via email to all applicants and on the Adobe blog in December 2024. One representative from each finalist company is required to attend the Adobe Experience Maker Awards gala (hosted at Adobe Summit) where winners will be revealed.
